Weingart Center Celebration
One Productions is co-producing a women's empowerment TV show, Remake My Life, along with Shelllie Hunt of Success is By Design.
We have filmed series episodes for Remake My Life since last January. We wrapped up the season with a black tie event in Los Angeles at the Club Nokia theater in LA November 15th.
The event celebrated and acknowledged the 25th anniversary of the Weingart Center, the largest homeless rehabilitation center in LA.
The women from Remake My Life, not only raised funds for the Weingart but organized, and helped put on the event.
They worked along side the folks at the Weingart Center headed up by Tadd Sutton, their maketing director.
The fundraiser, auction and sponsored event raised more that $100,000 to
help assist any homeless person to get off the mean streets and remake their lives.
The Weingart offers any homeless person, who's willing to change, free residency in a clean room in the 600 room renovated hotel, three square meals a day, counseling and vocational training during their rehab.
Tadd Sutton, says, "We believe that If you give a willing person a chance to change for good they will."
One Production's Richard and Sally Crawford along with Shellie Hunt, co-producers of Remake My Life joined the finalists from the show and all attended as honored guests.
One also filmed the event as the pay-off ending for the first season's series.
The program is now being offered to the Networks for purchase and potential airing in the spring. |
No More PTSD For Vets?
During the past year One Productions has been documenting Tom Stone's work with Great Life Technologies, GLT, in developing techniques and technologies for "removing anxiety" and offering relief from the effects of ADD and PTSD.
His revolutionary work is described in his recently released book "The Power of How. "
Recently Tom has begun studies to measure the efficacy on soldiers returning from Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan in reducing the effects of PTSD.
Tom's research, with his Pure Awareness techniques and his application of technology using the Wave Maker Pro, puts him at the forefront of this new study of Human Software Engineering.
Tom has demonstrated that the "viruses" in our human software can be removed or "debugged" potentially restoring an individual to his natural state of awareness.
Anxiety studies, conducted by GLT in Austin Texas at Texas University by Dr. Michael Telch, are collecting data to measure the effectiveness of GLT's techniques.
One Productions was in Austin at the University to video document the beginning of these studies.
Until now experts have offered little relief from this condition of war that has affected mankind for millennia.
Initial studies are very promising and anecdotal reports from vets who have received treatment are optimistic and show great promise.
According to Tom Stone, "This will not only offer the potential to be a great breakthrough in the treatment of PTSD but can also prove to be a great opportunity for cutting costs for the health care providers."
Most health issues can be related to stress and anxiety."
Currently One Productions is producing a documentary capturing true life stories from Vets
and chronicling their amazing recovery from war related trama.

Lisa Nichols at Seaside
Recently One Productions hosted Lisa Nichols at the Seaside Center for Spiritual  Living in Encinitas California.
Lisa addressed an audience of more than 300 people about moving from breakdown to breakthrough.
She referred to her own life experience as chronicled in her new best selling book No Matter What. Called the breakthrough specialist she inspires the audience to set their "champion free".
Lisa also teaches a lesson that her mother taught her, "Quitters never win and winners never quit...no matter what!

What an amazing year this has been. The boogey man didn't get us, our business at One Productions has grown, and we are happy, healthy and excited about the year to come!
 One Productions is moving into an expanded capability in all areas of video and film expressions. We have just finishing co-producing the TV reality show, Remake My Life, with Shellie Hunt and are presenting it to the Networks and agents.
